2. Description of Service
BullionBudget provides free tools for precious metals enthusiasts including a coin melt value calculator, scrap gold and silver calculators, a spot price converter, junk silver calculator, premium over spot calculator, gold-to-silver ratio tracker, and a portfolio tracking tool for registered users. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BullionBudget. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under the age of 18 should use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
4. User Accounts
Certain features, such as the portfolio tracker, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@bullionbudget.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

All content on BullionBudget — including melt value calculations, spot price data, ratio analysis, and any other information — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Precious metals prices are volatile and past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date spot prices and calculation data. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site. Spot prices are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed. BullionBudget is not responsible for errors or omissions in pricing data or calculation results.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems; scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without our written permission; transmit spam, malware, or malicious code; impersonate any person or entity; or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
